The Stamina InMotion Compact Compact Strider with Cords offers an effective, full-body workout in any home or office space. Thanks to the lightweight design (24 pounds) and small footprint (20″x12″), the Compact Strider can be used anywhere with ease.

You can operate the Compact Strider while standing or sitting, making it easy to burn calories and tone muscle even while working from your desk or relaxing on the couch. If you’re desiring an enhanced challenge and want to increase your intensity level, simply turn the dial. Right above the dial, you’ll find an LCD monitor that displays important metrics including number of strides per minute, total number of strides, workout time, and calories burned. The SCAN function can be used to cycle through each of these stats in real-time during exercise. You can go forward or reverse with the textured, non-slip foot pedals to target the lower body in different ways.

Tone the Upper Body, Too

Easy-to-detach upper body resistance bands can also be found on either side of the Compact Strider. You can use these bands for a large variety of exercises and tone your arms, chest, shoulders, back and core muscles. The padded handles keep your hands comfortable and are adjustable if needed.

To ensure you achieve maximum results, the Compact Strider bundle also includes a workout DVD, walking you through basic exercises you can do with the elliptical motion and resistance bands.
